How do I contact you guys?

What countries do you ship to?

Due to unfortunate events, we are no longer able to ship to;

Albania, India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

After you submit your order, it will take us 3-7 business days to process said order (in-case you need to change you shipping address, adjust your order, …etc). At this point, it will take between 7-10 days for domestic packages and 1-2 weeks for international packages. 

How do I track my order?

You should receive an email, after your order is done processing, containing a tracking number for your package. Simply go to USPS’s website and type in your tracking number to find where your goods are at.

If you don’t receive a tracking number, first check your spam folder.

If at that point, you cannot find any email containing a tracking number, feel free to Contact Us.

How do I return/exchange my order?

First, get in contact with us. 

Next, we will advise you to go to the post office and send your package back to the return address.

At this point, we will be able to accurately evaluate your situation and help you appropriately.



All returns must be received within 30 days for US orders and 60

days for international orders for your returns to be processed.

Who is responsible for the customs fees?

All customers are responsible for any customs fees that may occur.

Customs fees tend to occur with large orders that are delivered internationally.
